What you make
What you create with Pallarium (your projects, writing, apps and files) is yours.
AI answers and actions
Pallarium uses AI models, which can be wrong. It can also take actions you ask for, like editing files, sending email or controlling your screen. Check important answers and actions yourself. You're responsible for what you ask Pallarium to do and for how you use what it gives you.
Other services
When you connect an AI provider or another service (such as Google or GitHub), your use of that service is also covered by its own terms and policies. Pallarium isn't responsible for those services.
Your data
How Pallarium handles your data is described in the Privacy policy.
No warranty
Pallarium is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, including that it will work without errors or be fit for a particular purpose. Keep backups of anything important.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pallarium's maker is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, that come from using or not being able to use Pallarium.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Pallarium at any time by uninstalling it. If you break these terms, your permission to use Pallarium ends.
Changes
These terms may change. The new version will be posted here with a new date. Using Pallarium after a change means you accept the new terms.
