The short version
- Pallarium runs on your own computer, and what it knows about you is kept there.
- There is no Pallarium account, and Pallarium collects nothing about you or how you use it.
- It never sells your data, never shows ads, and never uses your data to train AI models.
- Your words and files go to the AI service you choose, and only when you use it.
What stays on your computer
Your chats, memories, settings, projects, screen captures and connected-account sign-ins are stored in a folder on your own computer (.pallarium in your user folder). Sign-in tokens for services like Google are encrypted there. Pallarium's maker cannot see any of it.
What leaves your computer, and where it goes
- The AI service you pick. When you chat, your message and whatever you ask Pallarium to look at (a file, your screen, an email) are sent to the AI provider you chose, such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google, under that provider's own privacy policy. If you use a model that runs on your computer (for example through Ollama), it never leaves.
- Services you connect. When you connect Google, GitHub or another account, Pallarium talks to that service directly from your computer, on your behalf.
- Your phone. The phone companion reaches your computer through a Cloudflare tunnel. To keep your phone's link working, pallarium.org stores only your tunnel's current address under a random ID. It never stores your messages, pairing code or files.
- Playroom. When you join a shared room, pallarium.org passes messages between the people in that room. It does not store them.
- Updates. Pallarium checks pallarium.org for new versions and downloads them.
This website
pallarium.org counts visits, downloads, and installed copies that check for updates, per day. To count each visitor, downloader or installed copy once a day, it keeps a one-way scrambled code made from the visit, which is thrown away at the end of the day. It does not store IP addresses, does not use cookies for tracking, and does not use outside analytics. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which works under Google's privacy policy.
If you leave a review on pallarium.org, the site keeps the name, star rating and words you type, and the date. It shows them on the homepage once they have been read and approved, and keeps nothing else about who wrote it. To stop the form being flooded, it counts reviews per visitor for the current day with the same kind of one-way code, held in memory only and never saved. To have a review removed, email pallariumhq@gmail.com.
Google data (Gmail and Google Calendar)
If you choose to connect your Google account, Pallarium asks Google for permission to read your email, write and send email, and see and add calendar events. It does not ask for permission to delete your email.
- Pallarium uses this access only for what you ask it to do, such as summarizing your inbox, drafting or sending a reply, or adding an event.
- Your Google data goes from Google to your computer, and to the AI service you chose when you ask Pallarium about it. It is not sent to Pallarium's maker or to anyone else.
- Your Google data is never sold, never used for ads, and never used to develop, improve or train AI models.
- No person reads your Google data unless you ask for help and share it yourself.
Pallarium's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data
- To disconnect Google, click Disconnect next to your Google account in Pallarium's settings. This deletes the sign-in from your computer. You can also remove Pallarium's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- To delete everything Pallarium keeps, uninstall it and delete the .pallarium folder in your user folder.
- For data you sent to an AI provider, see that provider's privacy policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
